How long does a headshot session take?
Individual sessions typically take between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the number of looks and image selections. Corporate team sessions are scheduled efficiently to minimize employee downtime.
Do you retouch headshots?
Yes. Professional retouching is included with all final selected images. Retouching is natural and designed to maintain a professional, authentic appearance.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Most clients receive final retouched finished images within a few days. Larger team packages are usually delivered within 7 days. Rush delivery options may also be available.
How do I receive my images?
Individuals receive a link to an online gallery to allow downloading of their images. Corporate clients have an ongoing archive online and are notified by email when new images are uploaded and ready for their use.
Can I use my headshots for LinkedIn and company websites?
Absolutely. Your final images are optimized for professional platforms including LinkedIn, company websites, speaker bios, business cards, and marketing materials.
Do you help with posing?
Yes. Most people are not professional models, and that’s completely normal. We guide clients through posing, expression, posture, and angles to create relaxed, confident, and approachable images.
Do you photograph people who dislike having their picture taken?
Yes — very often. Many clients tell us they normally hate being photographed. Our process is designed to make sessions comfortable, relaxed, and efficient while producing professional results.

Can you photograph large employee teams?
Yes. We regularly photograph teams ranging from small offices to large corporate groups. We create an efficient workflow that keeps the process organized and minimizes disruption to your business operations.
What equipment do you bring for on-site headshots?
We bring professional lighting, backgrounds, camera equipment, and everything needed to create consistent, studio-quality headshots at your location.
Can you match previous company headshots?
Yes. We can often match existing lighting styles, backgrounds, and compositions to maintain consistency for company websites, employee directories, and marketing materials. After the initial on-site team session, new hires can come to our studio where we will also match all previous headshot styles and backgrounds.
How much office space is needed for on-site headshots?
In many cases, a conference room, office, or open workspace is sufficient. We can adapt our setup to fit most business environments. Generally 8X10 ft. of open space is recommended, but we always find a way to make it work.
How long does an on-site team headshot session take?
Timing depends on the number of employees and the type of session. We work with your schedule to create an efficient photography plan that minimizes employee downtime. Depending on quantity, time constraints and the package selected we can plan on anywhere from 1 minute per person to 15 minutes per person.
Can employees select their own images?
Yes. We shoot tethered to a laptop with viewing software that allows us to review the images with the client during the shoot and make any adjustments necessary to achieve the desired "look". We allow employees to choose their preferred image(s) at the time of the session.
Do you offer group and team photos in addition to headshots?
Yes. Many companies combine individual headshots with executive team photos, department images, and staff group photography during the same session.
Can you photograph multiple office locations?
Yes. We can coordinate photography for multiple offices and help maintain a consistent visual brand across locations. We can even travel outside of our local geography to service multiple cities if necessary.
How long would it take to photograph 50 employees?
It depends entirely on your time schedule and the package that you choose. Let just say that we prefer to have 5 minutes to 15 minutes per person, based on our different packages. However, we recently did 50 employees in 75 minutes, because that is all the time they had available.
Do you offer recurring or new-hire headshot sessions?
Yes. Many businesses schedule periodic on-site sessions for new employees, leadership updates, and company rebranding initiatives. ...or the business may choose to send new hires to our studio as they onboard them. There is a $30 discount off our published individual session prices for companies that take advantage of this option.
